Part 1 – What is Business Sustainability?
Key concepts, issues & why it’s a priority for every business on planet Earth.
In this first part you will gain clarity on concepts like Sustainable Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG, impact as well as key sustainability issues such as climate change, global warming and biodiversity loss – and their impacts on business.
✅ Gaining clarity on these key concepts and issues will enable you to have the basic understanding on Business Sustainability to start driving change at work and be able to have an informed conversation.

Part 2 – Create your action plan
We will explore what you can do, at your scale, in your job, in your business to take action for people and planet. You will identify the most effective action you can start taking quickly and where you can make the most difference.
✅ Defining your action plan will empower you to get ownership on the topic, identify tangible actions and start aligning your job with your values and add meaning to your life.

Part 3 – Make Sustainability a priority showcasing concrete benefits
You will work on your business case to show the ROI of Sustainability actions for your business, in your job. This includes also how to identify potential performance measures and how to track them.
✅ Working on the numbers will help you engage your colleagues, convince your managers and enable you to measure progress – and help you indentify quick wins to gain traction.

Part 4 – Drive long term change
This part will focus on the mindset you need to build to keep taking action in the mid and long term. And you learn how to lead durable change and contribute to lead the mindset shift among colleagues.
